Shannen Doherty’s Malibu ‘sanctuary’ with ocean view sells for $7.6 million… two years
Shannen Doherty‘s Malibu estate has found a buyer after the property was initially put on the market in August 2025.
The late star, who was known for appearing in shows such as Beverly Hills, 90210 and Charmed, passed away at the age of 53 in July 2024 following a battle with cancer.
And nearly two years after her tragic death, her home has now been purchased for $7.65 million, TMZ reported on Monday.
Chris Cortazzo of Compass had held the listing and previously told the Wall Street Journal that the proceeds from the home will go to Doherty’s mother Rosa as well as her estate.
The mansion was first listed at $9.5 million but just days later, the price was lowered to $9.45 million.
However, the property was later taken off the market and then listed once again a few months earlier in March at the lower price of $8.25 million.
