Terrifying moment plane is hurled around as it flies straight into the eye of Hurricane

This is the dramatic moment a plane is violently thrown around as it flies straight into the eye of Hurricane Melissa.

The crew – along with a Kermit the Frog mascot – from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) were collecting data that helps improve forecasts.
