After Diddy’s ‘freak off’ hotel nights with Cassie, Mia testified that assistants would have to ‘sweep’ hotel rooms to clean up the mess he left behind ‘wherever he was.’

This was so ‘a housekeper couldn’t take and run to TMZ and expose any of his private business.’

Mia alleged the hotel rooms were a ‘nightmare’ to clean.

‘They were destroyed, really messy,’ she described.

‘I saw a lot of candlewax that was impossible to get out, lots of wet towels, I’ve seen broken glass, water all over the floor, sometimes blood, oil all over furniture and walls and things.’

Mia, is seen below. The judge ruled she was not to be identifed in court sketches to protect her privacy.

Diddy’s ex-assistant Capricorn Clark exposed the mogul’s list of celebrity enemies and many other A-listers have come up in testimony.

The trial has even inspired deep fake videos that use AI-generated images to falsely claim that certain celebrities, such as Oprah and Jennifer Lawrence, have been mentioned in the mogul’s sex-trafficking case.

Among the other incidents of violence was a time on the set of a music video in Los Angeles when Diddy flew into a rage when the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

‘He threw his computer at Mia and told her: ‘I don’t care if you have to call Bill Gates – and he chucked the computer at my head,’ Mia recalled.

Mia shared grim details of an instance when Diddy made her wake everybody up in his Los Angeles home around 3am, but he got ‘aggressive’ with her when she tried to go to her room to change her tampon.

‘I started to walk down to my room because we’d been out since right in the morning and barely got a break and I was on my period and needed to change my tampon immediately,’ she said.

‘He was pissed. (He said) when I told you to go, go now, don’t go to your f****** room yet. I tried to say something and it made him more aggressive and louder and going on a really humiliating rant in front of everybody.

‘After it went on for so long there was literally blood dripping down my leg and said I just have to change my tampon.’

‘He had a bowl of spaghetti in his hand and threw it at me aggressively and started cursing me, get the f*** out of this house and he chased me outside.’

She described how the bowl narrowly missed her and she ran out of the house barefoot and hid in a bush.

During her testimony, Mia recalled the rapper forcing her to take ketamine even though she didn’t want to.

Diddy also passed around three bowls with different drugs – cocaine, MDMA and ketamine and invited guests to try them without knowing what it was, Mia detailed.

Although she refused to partake, her former boss insisted, Mia said.

The rapper, who is currently facing a sex trafficking trial in Manhattan federal court, has raked in $4.1M since his arrest on September 16, according to the US Sun.

Mia said she couldn’t remember every time that Diddy assaulted her but she recalled multiple instances of a ‘specific horrible, dark feeling in my stomach I would get.’

His former assistant said there was ‘no pattern’ to the attacks and they were spread out so she thought that the latest incident would be the ‘last time.’

She recalled one time on Diddy’s private jet when she went to the bathroom and he tried to push her back into the bathroom as she was leaving – Mia was not sure what happened.

The disgraced music mogul showed no reaction in court on Thursday as his ex-assisant Mia emotionally told the court thart he sexually assaulted her several times.

Diddy continues passing notes to his lawyers as Mia spoke from the stand, often in tears.

When asked by she did not tell anyone about being sexually assaulted by Diddy, Mia said: ‘Don’t know to tell about the bad things if nobody else saw..

‘I thought if I could die with it and not tell anyone… It’s the most shameful thing of my life.’

She added that she was testifying in the case because she ‘has to tell the truth.’

‘Also I now a moral obligation,’ Mia added. ‘When you’re scared into silence these things can contineu to happen to others.’

She also feared for her personal safety and thought she ‘would be somehow attacked or…I just didn’t want to die, get hurt.’

Mia continued: ‘I was going to die with this. I didn’t want anyone to know ever’.

Diddy’s trial will resume tomorrow, with Mia returning to the stand.

As the court session ended, Diddy got up and stretched his back with his hands in his pocket.

He did not look at Mia as she walked past him and ignored him.

The mogul’s sons King, Justin and Quincy, as well as his mother Janice, were in court to support him on Thursday.

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ former bodyguard had an intense confrontation with fans outside the New York City courthouse about his alleged involvement in freak-offs.

While he appeared to enter the courthouse, Gene stopped in his tracks as a man off-camera shouted at him: ‘Hey G, I talked to Randy Pittman last night, a white guy, who said in 2004, you was at a party with P. Diddy, and you held him down with two minor kids.

Mia described another time when Combs surprised her while she was getting some clothes from his closet.

He appeared with his penis out and forced Mia’s head down and made him perform oral sex, she told the jury.

Mia said: ‘I was frozen. I didn’t do anything, I let it (happen)’.

Asked how she felt: ‘Like trash. Scared and ashamed and like an idiot’.

When asked why she didn’t say no, Mia replied: ‘I couldn’t tell him no about a sandwich, I couldn’t tell him no about anything…

‘Then he would know that what he was doing was wrong and I’d be a target..

‘He’d fire me and ruin my future and somehow twist the story into making me look like a threat.

‘I knew his power and his control over me, I didn’t want to lose everithing I worked so hard for.’

Mia said on Thursday that sometime in 2009 or 2010, she woke up in Diddy’s Los Angeles home and he was on top of her.

‘I remember it was sort of like him telling me, shhh, be quiet and using one hand to get his pants off.’

Mia said the mogul then raped her.

‘I just froze, I didn’t react,’ she said as she cried, adding she felt ‘terrified and confused and ashamed and scared.’

When asked how long the assault lasted, Mia replied: ‘It was quick but it felt like forever.’

Mia told the court that she was first sexually assaulted by Diddy during his 40th birthday party at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.

She said the mogul approached her in the kitchen and complimented her on her work before pouring shots for her.

‘I felt like they hit me kind of hard,’ she said of the drinks.

‘I was in my 20s in New York. Two shots would not have made me feel that way.’

Mia told the jury what happened next: ‘He was talking and all of a sudden his face [was] far closer, my eyes couldn’t focus on his face because it was so close.

‘I didn’t really know what was happening… he put his am next to my head against the wall and leaned in to kiss me and put his other hand up the side of my dress.’

Mia said she did not want to kiss Diddy or have his hand up her dress.

‘I was shocked and I froze. I didn’t even process what was happening,’ she added.

The next morning, she woke up clothed on a chair in the mainroom of the penthouse Diddy had rented.

In November 2012 while attending the star-studded premiere of the Brad Pitt film Killing Them Softly, Diddy subtly attacked Ventura.

Mia said: ‘I was sitting with Puff and Cass and it was silent and Puff was talking to Cass but talking like this with his teeth clenched in an aggressive way.

‘I looked over and he was digging his nails into her arm.’

On a holiday to the five-star Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos in 2012, Mia was woken up by Ventura ‘running and screaming into the room’, she told the court Thursday.

‘She was screaming for help and saying you gotta help me, he’s gonna kill me,’ she said. ‘Cass is normally very chill and it was the most terrified like someone screaming for their life.’

‘We started pushing furniture in front of the door to block it. Heavy wooden furniture, the bed was pretty close to the door. Maybe a chair and a trunk of some sort.’

Diddy arrived and began banging and screaming to get in, so the two women fled out the back and down to the beach where they got onto two paddle boards to escape.

‘Diddy was running back and forth on the beach behind the house screaming at us,’ Mia said. They eventually went back to shore.

Mia explained that she didn’t go to the police about any of the incidents because she thought that his ‘authority was above the police’.

‘(Diddy) said there were so many people trying to blackmail him and I came to believe that reporting anything was blackmail’.

Mia described how she and Cassie ‘snuck out’ of Diddy’s Beverly Hills hotel room in 2012 to attend an intimate party hosted by Prince.

The pair were having fun before Diddy ‘showed up,’ where Mia and Cassie made eye contact with the mogul and ran through the house and into the bushes to hide.

‘Puff caught Cass. He caught up to her and had her on the ground,’ she said.

‘He started to attack her but Prince’s security swiftly intervened. I ended up hiding at a different hotel.’

Deonte Nash told the jury earlier this week that he witnessed Diddy threatening to release videos of Cassie having sex with other men.

He said he heard Diddy telling Cassie he would send the tapes to her parents’ workplaces if she did not do as the mogul told her to.

Nash said he told Cassie that she should let Diddy release the videos since he was also on them and would be affected.

But Cassie then apparently told him ‘[Diddy] wasn’t on the videos, it was [Diddy] taping her with other guys…. [She said] she was having sex with the other guys.’

Cassie then reportedly told Nash she did not want to have sex with other men but was doing it because ‘Puff wanted her to.’

Dawn Richard got her big break in the music business as a cast member on Combs’ reality TV show, Making the Band. She performed with two Combs-backed acts, Danity Kane and Diddy — Dirty Money.

But Richard said during week one of testimony that Combs threatened her life after she saw him beat Cassie and try to hit her with a skillet in 2009.

She said Combs told her and another woman that they ‘could go missing’ if they didn’t stay quiet.

She said she saw Combs beat Cassie frequently. ‘He would punch her, choke her, drag her, slap her in the mouth,’ she said.

The mogul’s ex-employee has been mentioned about a dozen times by various witnesses who have taken the stand in the trial, and prosecutors claim she was kidnapped twice by Diddy or his bodyguards.

Mia will continue giving her testimony when the lunch break ends at about 1.15pm EST.

Mia said on Thursdasy from the witness stand that she lived in Diddy’s homes when she worked for him and once got in ‘big trouble’ because she went out after he was asleep to see some friends.

One of his security team called her and said Diddy was ‘sending them to find me’.

Mia wasn’t allowed to lock her door in the home, even though Diddy’s security were, she told the court.

When lawyers asked how long she was required to go without sleep, Mia said: ‘All the time.’

She said: ‘I can usually power through but I remember when I was younger waking up for school, ok Mia, you get out at 3 o’clock you can sleep then. I remember thinking I’d been awake for two days. I didn’t have anything to hold onto for when I could go to sleep’.

Prosecutor Madison Smyser asked what was the longest period of time with no sleep.

Mia said: ‘Five days’.

She explained that she was working and traveling with Diddy constantly.

Mia had to rely on her ADHD medication, Adderall tablets, to keep her awake as they were the extended release version.

‘I guess it was much stronger than the normal, it allowed me to quasi function’, Mia said.

Diddy finally let her sleep when she had a ‘physical breakdown’.

Mia said: ‘I remember my hearing went, it felt like I was underwater, my equilibrium was off, I started not seeing things but blurred vision, lights that weren’t there.

‘I out of nowhere burst into tears, I was hysterical and couldn’t stop crying’.

Mia also shared a list of her duties as Diddy’s assistant.

One task read: ‘EVERY SINGLE DAY IS DIFFERENT – PD CAN ASK YOU TO DO 17,000 THINGS AT ONE TIME THAT RANGE FROM CRACKING HIS KNUCKLES TO WRITING HIS NEXT MOVIE TO DOING HIS TAXES.

‘HE CAN ASK YOU TO STAND NEXT TO HIM FOR 22 HOURS DOING NOTHING’.

Mia said that on her first day working for Diddy in 2009, she didn’t sleep at all.

She was initially sent to his home in Alpine, New Jersey, to do an inventory of what work needed doing.

But at night time she was ordered to go and meet Diddy in the studio. She didn’t get back home until 1pm the following day.

‘I remember being too nervous to risk it by taking a nap’, Mia said, telling the jury she was told she was on a two-week trial period at the beginning of her employment.

‘I took it as a challenge or maybe this was for the trial period. Or maybe it was like is this how it is’.

Mia’s salary was supposed to be $55,000 but she was only paid $50,000 – with no overtime.

On Wednesday, Diddy’s lawyers have the judge for a mistrial after arguing the prosecution made an unacceptable suggestion in front of the jury.

The defense said it was ‘outrageous’ when prosecutors appeared to suggest the mogul had destroyed fingerprints taken from Kid Cudi’s house after the January, 2012 bombing of his car.

Prosecutors had asked LAFD official Lance Jimenez about the fingerprints, and he said the evidence was destroyed in August 2012.

Jimenez said ‘somebody within LAPD’ authorized the destruction of the evidence.

This is when Diddy’s team objected.

‘They know what they were doing,’ the defense said of prosecutors.

‘They were suggesting that someone in this courtroom has something to do with improper and suspicious destruction of these fingerprint cards and that’s outrageous.’

The attorneys added: ‘The only proper remedy to cure the outrageous prejudice is a mistrial.’

However, the defense’s motion for a mistrial was denied.

The jaw-dropping images showed the guns, drugs, industrial quantities of ‘freak off’ paraphernalia and boxes of women’s high heels that were seized by investigators from Combs’ $40 million home on the ultra-exclusive Star Island.

During cross-examination, Diddy’s attorney grilled stylist Deonte Nash about whether he knew about Cassie’s affair with an NFL player in 2016.

Xavier Donaldston asked him if he knew former Miami Dolphins player Andre Branch.

Nash replied: ‘Oh the cute football player? Yeah, but I’ve never met him.’

The attorney then asked Nash if he was aware that Cassie was in a relationship with ‘Brandon’ from the NBA around that time.

Social media users quickly reacted to Branch being mentioned in court on Thursday.

The mogul’s trial is not being televised, and recording devices are not allowed in the courtroom, because it is a federal case.

Federal trials generally do not allow recording devices.

An alleged victim who is going by the pseudonym Mia has taken the stand for the prosection.

She told the court she worked for Diddy from 2009 until 2017 first as a personal assistant and then director of development and aquisitions for Revolt Films.

Mia testified that Diddy was often violent towards her and sexually assaulted her several times.

Much of the case presented by prosecutors so far has revolved around accusations that Combs physically and sexually abused Cassie for years, and coerced her into sexual encounters called ‘freak-offs’ with men who were paid thousands of dollars to have sex with her.

Yet Combs isn’t simply charged with sex crimes. He’s charged with racketeering. Prosecutors say they will prove that Combs used his businesses and employees ‘to carry out, facilitate, and cover up his acts of violence, abuse, and commercial sex.’

Some of those employees testified in Week 2.

George Kaplan, a personal assistant for Combs from 2013 to 2015, told jurors he’d toss out liquor bottles and drugs and clean up baby oil from Combs’ hotel rooms after the music producer finished freak-offs.

He said he never reported abuse to authorities, even after Combs beat up Cassie on a private jet.

Another personal assistant, David James, testified that Combs had him stock hotel rooms with Viagra, condoms, baby oil and lubricant, among other supplies.

He also recounted how Combs had three handguns on his lap as they drove to a Los Angeles diner looking for his record industry rival, Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight.

Cassie was content celebrating her 29th birthday with drinks, drugs and karaoke with friends, but her boyfriend Diddy had a different idea, Diddy’s ex-stylist Deonte Nash told the court.

The hip-hop mogul insisted on taking her to a Los Angeles hotel for another of his ‘freak off’ sex marathons, her friend and former stylist testified at Combs’ federal sex trafficking trial.

Nash told jurors that he saw the temperamental Combs berating Cassie as she pleaded for him to let her enjoy her birthday on her own terms.

Later that night, Nash said, Cassie told the stylist, ‘I don’t want to freak off,’ but that she had to because Combs was making her.

Nash testified that the 2015 conversation was one of several times Cassie confided to him that she didn’t want to engage in Combs’ drug-fueled hotel encounters.

Assistant US Attorney Maurene Comey said they are running ahead of schedule and even looking to cut some witnesses.

The prosecution is hoping to rest their case by the second week of June, but noted it may continue into the following week.

Deonte Nash told the court that he was the one to set up Cassie with actor Michael B Jordan while the two were in South Africa working on different projects.

‘He fine. She fine. Why not?’ Dash replied when asked about it.

Nash said during this time, Cassie was upset that Diddy was seen out in Miami with another girlfriend, Gina.

‘[Cassie said, “Why does he keep humiliating me and trying to ruin my career?”

Nash added: ‘[Cassie] wasn’t that pressed about Gina. When Puff be with Gina, she be like alright girl it’s time to go out.

‘The issue with Gina is Gina kept popping up and it was hurting her career with Puff running around with other women.’

Diddy’s mom, Janice, has stood by her 55-year-old son’s side while he is on trial for sex trafficking.

The 85-year-old has been pictured at the Manhattan federal courthouse most days of the trial.

She is seen arriving on Thursday.

Cassie’s friend and stylist is being cross-examined by the defense on Thursday morning.

Nash is being questioned about his relatoinship with Diddy’s former assistant Capricorn Clark.

He told jurors on Wednesday that he saw the temperamental Combs berating Cassie as she pleaded for him to let her enjoy her birthday on her own terms. Later that night, Nash said, Cassie told the stylist, ‘I don’t want to freak off,’ but that she had to because Combs was making her.

Along with shedding light on Cassie’s feelings about freak offs, Nash also corroborated her testimony that Combs frequently beat and tormented her. Combs would threaten to hinder Cassie’s fledgling music career and said he’d ruin her reputation by releasing recordings of their sexual encounters, Nash said.

So far, the blockbuster trial has consisted of a number of bombshell testimonies from his ex-girlfriend and main accuser Cassie Ventura, rapper Kid Cudi, Dawn Richard, a former member of Combs’ pop group Danity Kane, and his former executive assistant George Kaplan, among others.

Former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard said on the stand during the first week of the trial that Diddy punched Cassie in the stomach during a private argument at a West Hollywood restaurant in 2010.

She claimed several celebrities were at the dinner, including Usher, Ne-Yo and superstar music executive Jimmy Iodine.

‘Mr Combs punched Cassie in the stomach,’ Richard told the jury.

‘They were having a private conversation, we were all sitting eating at the tables together. Some of Bad Boy label mates, some celebrities were in the room.

‘They were secretly arguing [and] he punched her in the stomach.

Richard added: ‘[Cassie] immediately bent over and he told her to leave, I could see him point out and she went out.’

Prosecutors on Thursday asked the court to cut the witness box from the live feed shown in the court’s overflow room when Mia takes the stand.

The judge declined the request, saying there was not enough space and the overflow room ‘is an extension of this room.’

However, the judge ruled that no sketches be made of Mia when she’s testifying and that there are no cellphones to document her appearance in any way.

Mia’s lawyer, Michael Ferrara, said his client will tell about the worst things ever to happen to her.

Those things, he said, she otherwise would have taken ‘to her grave.’ He said she will want emotional support during her testimony.

‘Candidly, her nerves are through the roof,’ he said of Diddy’s former assistant.

‘I don’t know how to support her if we can’t discuss the pain she’s going to experience from having to tell the world about her worst experiences.’

Taking the stand on Tuesday, Capricorn Clark said she was left ‘petrified’ after being brought to an abandoned building in New York and locked in while being questioned about the hip hop mogul’s missing jewelry.

Another time, she claimed Diddy kidnapped her at gunpoint and drove her to a love rival’s house where he intended to shoot the man dead, the court heard.

The extraordinary claims emerged during the testimony of Clark, 46, who repeatedly broke down in tears while describing her nightmarish employment with Diddy.

Buried in a file submitted as part of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ defense is a black and white photograph of two world famous female stars lying on a bed in bikinis beneath a seedy mirrored ceiling.

The disgraced mogul is wearing a beige sweater and is currently locked in conversation with his lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo.

Diddy is allowed to wear his own clothes to the trial but with some conditions.

He can only have up to five pairs of pants, shirts and socks and only two pairs of shoes – with no laces.

Diddy’s former assistant Capricorn Clark told the jury on Tuesday that Cassie once suggested she wanted to date Jay-Z.

In a meeting with Diddy’s lawyers in April 2024, Clark said she once told Cassie to date other people than Diddy – but Cassie apparently replied that Jay-Z was taken.

Agnifilo asked Clark: ‘Do you remember saying at the meeting that … you told Cassie, you have to — you should move away from [Diddy] and date other people, right?’

The attorney added: ‘And she said to you that Jay-Z was taken, who would she [date]?’

She added: ‘She did [say that.]’

Cassie Ventura welcomed her third child with husband Alex Fine just days after testifying in her ex Diddy‘s sex trafficking trial.

TMZ reports the Me and U singer welcomed baby number three on Tuesday at a hospital in New York City, citing sources with direct knowledge.

The insiders say the baby arrived slightly ahead of schedule, but Cassie and her child are healthy and well.

The missing Diddy ‘victim’ who mysteriously vanished during the first week of testimony has haunted his trial ever since.

The woman – referred to only as ‘Victim number 3’ – was scheduled to testify for the prosecution after Cassie Ventura.

Her testimony was going to bolster the prosecution’s case against the beleaguered rapper and support the racketeering charge that Diddy’s team says is completely out of the blue.

When she vanished, there was an onslaught of conspiracy theories coupled with a strategic scramble from the prosecutors.

A new report claims that panicked celebrities are so worried about possibly being called as a witness in the Diddy trial that they are lawyering up.

‘I have heard that there are some celebrities worried about being called to testify and have even lawyered up trying to fight that,’ TMZ founder Harvey Levin said on Fox News Digital.

Harvey did not specify which celebrities are reportedly concerned abotut being called as witnesses, but several A-list stars have been named-dropped throughout the bombshell testimony.
