Trump’s top nemesis slept with ‘hottest woman in Congress,’ claims jilted ex-lover on eve

President Donald Trump‘s top Capitol Hill nemesis is being hit with scathing allegations by an alleged ex-lover in the final hours of a Republican primary campaign for the ages.

Cynthia West, who allegedly dated Kentucky Republican Congressman Thomas Massie for five months shortly after the death of his first wife, Rhonda, unleashed on the incumbent representative in a jaw-dropping interview with conservative provocateur Laura Loomer.

Speaking with Loomer in an interview published on Monday, West alleged that Massie has a burner phone that he called a ‘boner phone’, and even had an ‘intimate relationship’ with one of his Capitol Hill colleagues.

West told Loomer that the Kentucky Republican bragged about hooking up with Colorado Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert because she was the ‘hottest woman in Congress.’

Neither Boebert nor Massie’s offices responded to the Daily Mail’s request for comment and neither had addressed the bombshell claim as of Monday night. Massie and Bobert were both single at the time of the accusation.

The Colorado Republican campaigned for Massie ahead of his Tuesday primary face-off with Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein this past weekend. The Massie-Gallrein race will be the latest and arguably most powerful test of the President’s grip on the Republican Party

Trump retaliated against Boebert in a scorching Truth Social tirade, mocking the firebrand Colorado congresswoman as ‘Weak Minded Lauren Boebert’ while accusing her of betraying the MAGA movement by campaigning alongside his foe

Bobert replied to the president’s attack on X on Sunday, stating that she was ‘not mad or offended.’

‘I knew the risks when I agreed to stand by my friend Thomas Massie,’ she added at the time.

Loomer also published text messages on Monday, which allegedly show Massie referring to his penis as a ‘Pinecone.’ The Daily Mail was not able to independently verify the authenticity of the text messages.

Last week, West accused Massie of being offered $5,000 in hush money to keep mum about their brief tryst. Massie has denied the hush money claim.

West, a former Capitol Hill staffer now seeking a school board seat in Florida, said she began a relationship with Massie after he contacted her on X in August 2024, shortly after the death of his first wife, Rhonda.

In an interview published by conservative attorney Marcus Carey, who once primaried Massie in 2012, West alleged the relationship intensified quickly, with Massie encouraging her to relocate to Washington and later helping her land a position in the office of Indiana Republican Victoria Spartz, one of his close friends.

Legistorm, a database of congressional staffers and salaries, shows that West worked for Spartz’s office for roughly three months between late 2024 and early 2025.

Spartz office issued a statement last week noting that she ‘has never heard of an alleged $5,000 settlement proposal – or any other settlement proposal- by Rep. Massie regarding allegations Ms. West brought against Rep. Spartz’s office.’

‘The first time Rep. Spartz heard these accusations by Ms. West against Rep. Massie was a few days ago in Ms. West’s public video,’ Spartz also added at the time.

Spartz’s office also pushed back on the circumstances of West’s hiring, saying that West was not fired, but that her office chose not to extend West’s temporary 90-day employment ‘due to concerning conduct by Ms. West.’

In a statement issued after West’s first round of allegations last week, Massie noted in a statement: ‘There are no ethics claims filed against me, nor have there ever been any claims filed against me in my 14 years in office.’

‘I have consulted legal counsel, and we are considering all options,’ Massie concluded in his statement last week.’

Massie has attempted to hold onto his seat by showcasing Gallrein’s past animosity toward Trump. He’s presented voter registration cards he claims show Gallrein quit the GOP after Trump’s initial presidential win in 2016.

‘I call them voter transition cards. He transitioned out of the party and stayed out for five years,’ Massie said at a GOP event back in March.

A Massie TV ad is also blasting Gallrein as ‘woke Eddie,’ who turned his back on the Trump movement.

Gallrein’s campaign did not dispute the validity of Massie’s ad in a previous statement to the Daily Mail.

The most recent polling of the race shows Gallrein pulling ahead of Massie. A GrayHouse survey of likely Republican voters found Gallrein at 52 percent to Massie’s 44 percent. The margin of error was 4.7 percent.

Trump hopes to add Massie to his growing list of primary scalps. He already claimed wins against Louisiana Sen. Bill Cassidy and a group of Indiana state senators who were ousted on May 5 after opposing his preferred plan to redraw the state’s congressional districts.
