The documents, obtained by Page Six, allege that Justin, 31, lured the woman, whom he met on Snapchat in 2017, out to California under the promise of helping her career in the entertainment industry.

When she arrived, she claimed she was plied with drugs and alcohol by Justin before three ‘masked men’ arrived to the home to brutally gang rape her for several hours. She claimed one of the men was Diddy, 55.

In the documents, she said she was able to identify the music mogul by his ‘mannerisms,’ and alleged that Justin called him ‘Pops.’

Diddy’s attorney denies any wrongdoing.

Family members were seen leaving the courthouse in Manhattan as jury deliberations continued.

Combs whispered to his six adult children seated in the second row behind him before leaving the courtroom on Tuesday, according to CNN.

He also leaned over to his mother and told her, ‘I’ll be alright. Love you.’

The rapper has raked in $4.1M since his arrest on September 16, according to the US Sun.

Luxury operator Silver Air has been renting out the plane, and customers spend an average $32,597 per 1,186-mile journey, according to the US Sun.

Just minutes after jurors were instructed to continue their deliberations, a juror sent a note to the judge alerting him that they were done for the day.

The jurors then briefly returned to the courtroom to be formally dismissed, as the judge reminded them to ‘keep an open mind.’

If convicted for sex trafficking: Diddy could face a minimum of 15 years to a maximum of life in prison.

If convicted for engaging in prostitution: He could face up to 10 years in prison.

If convicted of racketeering conspiracy: The embattled rapper could face up to life in prison.

The prosecution and defense have both asked judge Arun Subramanian to tell the jury to continue deliberating after they said they can’t agree on count 1- racketeering conspiracy.

The judge said there are three paths to take.

The first is to tell the jury to keep going.

The second is an Allen charge – a supplemental intruction from the court encouraging them to re-evaluate their positions and strive for a unanimous verdict.

The judge the third one will come ‘at some point,’ – when ‘the court should advise the jury of the ability to return a partial verdict.’

The judge said ‘but we are not there yet.’

Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo said on Friday that freak offs were date nights with beautiful hotels, food, and music from R’n’B singers Usher and Bryson Tiller.

They say they are unable to reach a verdict on the racketeering conspiracy charge.

‘We are unable to reach a verdict on count 1 as we have jurors with unpersuadable opinions on both sides,’ the note read.

The announcement came as Diddy was surrounded by his eight lawyers, who were talking to him with serious expressions.

He was looking down, his hands crossed on his lap.

The jurors have sent yet another note to Judge Arun Subramanian following hours of deliberation.

Diddy and his mother are back inside the courtroom.

It is the sixth note that jurors have passed to the judge.

Diddy’s defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo said Cassie is a ‘sexy woman’ and ‘that’s what she deserves to be’ in shocking closing statements in court on Friday.

Agnifilo was making a point to jurors about how Cassie was not sex trafficked and that she and Diddy were swingers who partook in the lifestyle and regularly enjoyed freak offs.

‘She wants to do it…she likes it…This is their lifestyle. He wouldn’t think in a million years there was anything wrong with that,’ he continued. He claimed Diddy‘s sexual fantasies became her own as his girlfriend.

He told the court Combs paid him up to $6,000 each time to take part in orchestrated sexual relations with R&B singer Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura.

Diddy would often direct their encounters, forcing them to engage in awkward ‘role play’ before giving Mr Phillip specific instructions on when and where to orgasm, the male escort alleged.

On Tuesday, the jury asked the court for the transcript of Phillip’s testimony.

The jury started deliberating at about 11.30am Monday and worked to reach a verdict until 5pm EST.

They returned to the court Monday at 9am and are still in the jury room as of Tuesday afternoon.

The jury is expected to deliberate from 9am until 5pm EST each day.

Evidence in Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ trial unearthed text messages between an escort and the rapper’s associate, giving him detailed instructions on how to get to and from one of the marathon freak-offs.

It’s not known who the Diddy associate is, as the screenshots of the text conversation only identifies the person as ‘device owner.’

In messages dated on August 26, 2009, ‘device owner’ asked Jules if he wanted to fly from Los Angeles to New York City for the freak-off.

Eddy Garcia, who worked at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, told in vivid detail how the hip hop mogul used a counting machine to add up the money for the bribe in 2016.

Garcia said that Diddy called him ‘Eddy, my angel’ for deleting it from the servers and giving it to him on a USB stick.

The money was split between Garcia, another security officer and the head of security at the hotel.

But another security officer secretly made a copy which was leaked to CNN in 2024 – the airing of the footage helped lead to Diddy’s downfall and arrest in September that year.

This is the first thing that up to 40 people a week are hearing when they ring the Montana-based call center fielding legal complaints from alleged victims of the embattled music mogul.

‘We understand the strength and courage it takes to come forward,’ the message continues. ‘Any information you provide will be kept completely confidential, but we expect full honesty in order to properly assist you with your potential case.’

Andrew Van Arsdale, CEO of Reciprocity Industries, which runs the hotline, told the Daily Mail that the volume of calls has surged since the start of Diddy’s sex trafficking, racketeering, and assault trial in New York.

As the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s bombshell sex trafficking trial nears a verdict, his team of attorneys reportedly planned on bringing up the escalating tensions between the US and Iran in court in a bid to relate it to his case, TMZ reported Monday.

Sources told the outlet the 55-year-old’s defense ‘may invoke the recent conflict’ in their closing argument, and specifically go after the Homeland Security Investigators who raided his home in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles in March.

They were allegedly planning to say that the agents ‘instigated’ their client on his baby oil and lubricant use in the bedroom when they should really focus more on the conflict with Iran, the source noted.

As he left court to wait in a side room, Diddy told his mother Janice: ‘I’ll be back’.

His mother is in court supporting her son today, along with his sons King, Justin and Quincy Combs.

The prosecution scored a win of their own when the judge agreed to send the jury transcripts of Daniel Phillip’s testimony in which he spoke about his feelings after seeing Diddy beating Ventura during a freak off.

During the trial, Phillip delivered a graphic account of how he was regularly paid thousands of dollars by the rap superstar to have sex with his then-girlfriend.

He claimed to have witnessed Combs physically abuse Cassie on multiple occasions and added that the music mogul once gave him MDMA, according to a court report by Variety.

Diddy’s former personal assistant Capricorn Clark told jurors at his trial that she was forced to take lie detector tests for five days and threatened with being thrown in the East River if she failed.

Clark said she was left ‘petrified’ after being brought to an abandoned building in New York and locked in while being questioned about the hip hop mogul’s missing jewelry.

‘This is (supposedly) a kidnapping, she’s not saying she was harassed. She was kidnapped. She went home – every day! She said I kept doing it because I wanted to pass and get back to my job ‘ Diddy’s lawyer exclaimed.

He then turned to face the jury and said:

‘You guys are stuck in here for hours. Anyone feel kidnapped? You’re about as kidnapped as she was kidnapped!’

After a lengthy debate both sides agreed that the jury should get transcripts of testimony from two days before the InterContinental hotel incident and three days after.

At one point the judge looked set to send the jury Ventura’s entire 800-page testimony but the judge decided against it.

In a win for Diddy, the testimony sent to the jury will include a text Ventura sent to Diddy ahead of the incident saying: ‘I wanna Freak Off so bad’.

Diddy’s lawyers said this was ‘essential’ to the jury’s understanding whether or not he coerced Ventura.

Prosecutors had proposed a far narrower range of the transcript focused solely on the violence at the InterContinental.

The judge also said the jury should see the transcript of Ventura’s testimony about an Instagram post she wrote in 2024 about the incident in which she said that ‘domestic violence is the issue’.

Diddy’s lawyers have tried to portray him as a domestic abuser but not a sex trafficker.

Diddy cut off the judge presiding over his sex trafficking trial to tell him that he would not be testifying on Tuesday afternoon.

Combs, 55, stood up in front of Judge Arun Subramanian and confirmed his answer, and even spoke over him to make it clear he won’t be taking the stand.

The judge asked Diddy: ‘Have you discussed whether you should or should not?’

‘Yes, thoroughly. Yes, have discussed it,’ the rapper replied, in his first words to the Manhattan court since his federal sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy trial started over seven weeks ago.

Judge Subramanian began to speak before Diddy cut him off and added: ‘That is solely my decision. It’s my decision with my lawyers.’

A ‘stealth juror’ refers to a person who has been allocated as a juror on a trial who is motivated by a hidden agenda.

They hide their biases or conflicts of interest in order to be selected as a juror on a case in order to influence the outcome.

Barely an hour into deliberations on Monday, the jury foreperson sent a note to judge Arun Subramanian complaining that there was one juror ‘who we are concerned cannot follow your Honor’s instructions. May I please speak with your Honor or may you please interview him?’

This could indicate the presence of a ‘stealth juror’ in Diddy’s trial jury.

The juror in question, juror #25, is a 51-year-old scientist with a ‘thick European accent,’ according to the New York Post. He has a PhD in molecural biology and neuroscience and lives in Manhattan with his partner.

The judge decided instead to send jurors a note reminding them of their duties to deliberate and obligation to follow his instructions on the law.

He’s in the fight of his life in a Manhattan courtroom – and Combs is pulling out all the stops to win back his freedom.

The music mogul, on trial for racketeering and sexual trafficking, remains hopeful he will be acquitted at the end of the long drawn out criminal blockbuster.

His defense strategy has impressed legal analysts – his lawyers have argued that while he may be a monster, sex addict and drug addled fiend, he’s not guilty of the crimes the jury has been asked to consider.

But their arguments aren’t the only way Diddy is subtly trying to curry favor.

From his wardrobe to his courtroom props and even interactions with witnesses and jurors, the 55-year-old is leaving nothing off the table when it comes to fighting for his freedom.

In court on Friday, Diddy lawyer Marc Agnifilo said the mogul’s sex trafficking trial was not ‘real’ and that it has been ‘false and exaggerated.’

‘From the mouths of the witness from the evidence, the text messages, what do you see? What is that trial? It’s personal use drugs, that’s what it is,’ he said.

‘The trial of the evidence is a lifestyle. You want to call it swingers. You want to call it threesomes that’s what it is,’ he continued.

‘That is not what the prosecutors are saying to you.The prosecutors have charged one of the most serious complicated comprehensive statutes on the books.That is the false trial, that is the exaggerated trial, that is not the real trial.’

The jury is asking for testimony related to the 2016 InterContinental hotel which was featured in the video aired on CNN in 2024.

They also want transcripts related to the alleged incident after the Cannes film festival in France where Diddy allegedly threatened Ventura with the release of sex tapes if she didn’t participate in a freak off.

Moreover, jurors want transcript of the testimony of Daniel Phillip, a male escort wo was the prosecution’s second witness. They want to read the part about an incident of violence at Essex House in New York City.

During his testimony Phillip told the court that Diddy physically beat Ventura while he was in the hotel room with them.

The incident happened around 2014 and by then Philip had been doing freak offs sporadically with the pair for two years.

Phillip said Ventura told Diddy to ‘hold on’ when he called her over but the mogul subsequently threw a bottle at her, grabbed her by the hair and dragged her into the bedroom.

Phillip said that Diddy told Ventura: ‘B****, when I tell you to come here, you come now. Not later.’

While it is not clear which order the jury is working through in the indictment, the allegations of sex trafficking related to Ventura come after drug distribution, which their previous note asked about.

If so it suggests they are working at a quick pace.

Both sides are currently working out which parts of the transcript to send to the jury.

After seven weeks of graphic and emotional testimony that gripped the nation, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’s fate now rests in the hands of his peers.

On Monday, Southern District of New York Judge Arun Subramanian instructed the jury of eight men and four women on how to evaluate the federal charges levelled against the rap mogul: one count of racketeering conspiracy and two counts each of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The first two charges carry maximum sentences of life in prison, while the prostitution accusations could put Combs away for up to 10 years.

Indeed, the government has brought a vast and complex case against Combs, but criminal defense attorney David Gelman expects the jurors to make quick work of it.

In fact, the former state prosecutor predicts that they may even return a lightning-fast verdict in a single day.

‘I don’t see how a jury is going to be able to convict Diddy on any of these charges,’ Gelman exclusively told the Daily Mail. ‘Not just one or two or three – any of them. The evidence is not there.’

Prosecutor Maurene Comey told the court the jury has asked for the transcripts of the testimonies of two witnesses.

It’s unclear so far which witness testimony they are asking for.

During jury deliberations on Monday, jurors sent a note to Judge Subramanian asking whether a person asking for drugs before receiving them changes how they should consider the narcotics distribution charge against Diddy.

As Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs fights his ongoing federal trial in Manhattan, prosecutors have presented a cache of suggestive, racy, and allegedly damning images from his heyday.

The court was shown perhaps the most shocking set of images yet with prosecutors unveiling photographs from a raid on his Miami mansion.

The jaw-dropping images showed the guns, drugs, industrial quantities of ‘freak off’ paraphernalia and boxes of women’s high heels that were seized by investigators from Combs’ $40 million home on the ultra-exclusive Star Island.

Jurors were previously shown photographs captured the day Combs arrested in a New York City hotel room in September 2024, revealing that he had been preparing for a ‘freak off’ despite knowing he was about to be arrested, prosecutors say.

The disgraced rap mogul had already been indicted at the time and was holed up in a hotel room at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan for over a week, waiting for his imminent arrest.

As Diddy walked into court Tuesday morning he looked at his mother in the public gallery and motioned to his body, telling her ‘I love your outfit’, referring to her striking green and off white patterned jumpsuit.

Diddy also told her: ‘Relax it’s going to be alright’ as she seemed agitated by the sparring between his lawyers and judge Subramanian in court.

Diddy’s mom appeared to be the only family member in court on Tuesday.

On Monday afternoon the jury sent in a note to the court asking if a person could be convicted of possession with intent to supply narcotics if another person asked for the drugs.

There was a spar between judge Arun Subramanian and Diddy’s lead attorney Marc Agnifilo on how to respond to the question.

On Tuesday morning the judge proposed referring the jury to a few paragraphs of the jury instructions, adding that the defense proposal referring the panel to all of the instructions about possession with intent could cause ‘confusion’ and ‘mislead the jury’.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo objected and said that a narrow response would be a ‘mistake’ and suggested that a broader instruction be given.

The judge said: ‘That’s not the question the jury asked. Have you looked at the question?’ and warned that a broader response could leave the jury ‘at sea’.

However, Subramanian said that he would be open to mentioning that the jury could look at the wider instructions on this charge.

Agnifilo said that he didn’t think that even this idea ‘goes far enough’.

The judge snapped: ‘It doesn’t matter if you think it goes far enough. Can you do what I’m asking or do you not want to?’

Agnifilo said: ‘Of course I can’ and asked to give an example, to which the judge said: ‘No’.

After both sides were given the chance to confer the judge went with his original option of a narrowed response.

After jurors were dismissed to deliberate, Judge Subramanian said he will allow Diddy to take books back to the holding cell with him while he waits for the verdict.

His lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, asked the judge if he had permission to do so.

Throughout the trial, Diddy has been spotted with books in his hands while in the courtroom.

Combs is charged with racketeering conspiracy, two charges of sex trafficking and two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors claim Diddy coerced victims into drug-fueled sex parties using sex and violence. The rapper has denied all accusations, saying all sex acts were consensual.

The 55-year-old music mogul is now waiting on the jury’s decision after they were sent out to deliberate Monday morning.

The documents, obtained by Page Six, allege that Justin, 31, lured the woman, whom he met on Snapchat in 2017, out to California under the promise of helping her career in the entertainment industry.

When she arrived, she claimed she was plied with drugs and alcohol by Justin before three ‘masked men’ arrived to the home to brutally gang rape her for several hours. She claimed one of the men was Diddy, 55.

Barely an hour into deliberations on Monday, the jury foreperson sent a note to the judge, complaining that there was one juror ‘who we are concerned cannot follow your Honor’s instructions. May I please speak with your Honor or may you please interview him?’

The juror in question, juror #25, is a 51-year-old scientist with a ‘thick European accent,’ according to the New York Post. He has a PhD in molecural biology and neuroscience and lives in Manhattan with his partner.

The judge decided instead to send jurors a note reminding them of their duties to deliberate and obligation to follow his instructions on the law.

By day’s end, the jury seemed back on track, requesting clarification about what qualifies as drug distribution, an aspect of the racketeering conspiracy charge that will help determine whether Combs can be convicted or exonerated on the count.

The jury also sent a second note into the courtroom Monday afternoon asking whether a person asking for drugs before receiving them changes how they should consider the narcotics distribution charge against Diddy.

Once the jury comes to a final decision, the foreman will fill out this verdict sheet.

The three-page form asks them to say if they think Diddy is guilty or not and also detail if they think each charge against him was proven or not.

The first set are questions on the racketeering conspiracy charge, where jurors will have to specify if the prosecution proved the alleged crimes.

They will then have to respond about sex trafficking, transportation for purposes of prostitution and drug distribution.

Some of the questions are specific to his ex-girlfriend and main accuser Cassie Ventura.

Judge Arun Subramanian could have avoided serious potential issues by sequestering the jury, according to attorney David S. Seltzer.

‘I don’t see how people are not influenced by outside factors,’ Seltzer told Fox News Digital.

‘We live in a technology world where everyone wants their information now. I know the jury was instructed not to read anything, but I don’t think that was realistic given the length of the trial.’

Seltzer added that it is ‘impossible to tell people to stay off media and/or computers for six weeks-plus, when people are addicted to their devices.’

The jury already showed signs of trouble on Monday, sending a note to the court that read: ‘We have a juror, no.25, we are concerned cannot follow your honor’s instructions. May you please intervene.’

In his response, Judge Arun Subramanian wrote: ‘I received your note. I remind every juror of their duty to deliberate an obligation to follow my instruction on the law. With that instruction in mind, please continue deliberating.’
