Married At First Sight UK is returning soon – and this series promises to be more sexy, shocking and scandalous than ever before.
Fans have been anxiously waiting to watch the E4 reality show, and now The Sun has revealed it will be back on 18th September at 9pm.
The upcoming season is set to be the longest-ever MAFS UK run, with 36 episodes for fans to enjoy.
Ahead of the series seven launch, the 16 singletons who will be walking down the aisle have been revealed – with eight brides and eight grooms making up the couples.
The upcoming series will feature a former Geordie Shore star, as well as the show’s first ever trans bride.

Described as a ‘blonde bombshell with a sense of humour and a heart of gold’, Ella, 29, promises to be a breath of fresh air.
On being the first-ever trans MAFS bride, Ella said: ‘This experiment is so much more than just me getting married. I see this as a big deal for someone who has transitioned.’
Ella will be joined by fellow brides Tasha, Shona, Rosaline, Porsha, Peggy, Laura, and Jay, and grooms Thomas, Terence, Paul, Nathanial, Luke, Georges, Brad, and Arthur
The series will follow season six in following the Australian format, and rather than legal marriages, the couples will make a lifelong commitment to one another at a glamorous ceremony, overseen by a wedding celebrant, that includes guests, bridal gowns, dancing, speeches and cake.
After the ceremony and celebrations are over, true love is well and truly put to the test, as they embark on a luxurious honeymoon, before moving in with each other and their fellow couples.
Relationships will be put under the microscope, by fellow brides and grooms at weekly dinner parties – as well as by the experts, at recurring commitment ceremonies, where couples choose whether they want to stay in or leave the process.
All this and more will build to a dramatic series finale: glossy, high-stakes vow renewals, in which each couple must decide if they will recommit to their partner or go their separate ways, for good.
Across the process, the couples will be matched and guided by returning experts Mel Schilling, Paul C. Brunson and Charlene Douglas.

Paul C. Brunson has said that the next series of Married At First Sight UK is ‘by far our best series’ yet.
The love expert, 48, has warned fans to prepare themselves for more explosive scenes when the popular show returns for a third series later this year.
Speaking to The Sun , Paul said: ‘I believe this year of MAFS UK will be the most diverse cast ever in the history of dating in the UK. To me it’s going to be a true cross section of the nation. It’s not for the faint-hearted. I still have to see my therapist throughout this.’
He teased: ‘This year is going to be by far our best series. For those who want to see roller coaster love stories, you’ve got them. For those who want to see couples implode, you got that. For those that want to see how couples compare against each other, it’s there. Wait till you see the dinner parties!’
He added: ‘No offence to Love Island, but this year it seems people want to know when MAFS is starting. It’s coming, guys.’
It comes after it was revealed last month that the Channel 4 reality show has been renewed for a fourth series before the third has even aired – after promising ‘longest season yet’.
Filming has not yet wrapped for the next season, but following the show’s success, a decision has already been made for its future.
According to The Sun , producers have decided to ‘strike while the iron is hot’ as the ‘public appetite is off the scale’.
The third season of the huge dating show is believed to return later this year, with Channel 4 already issuing a casting call for the fourth series on their website , applications close December 1.

A source told the publication: ‘MAFS UK is a huge priority for the channel and is the biggest franchise on E4, as well as the top streaming hit for the network.’
They added: ‘It takes sense to order another series now and strike while the iron is hot as the public appetite for all the drama and chaos that comes from these ‘blind’ marriages is off the scale.’
It comes after, Metro revealed that the upcoming season could be the ‘longest series yet,’ running for around eight weeks.
Promising an extra week of drama, MAFSUK will potentially run for as long as Love Island, which saw its eighth season broadcast a 57 episodes.
In 2021, Married At First Sight UK revamped its format to match the outrageous Australian series.
Aussie relationship expert Mel Schilling also stepped in to front the series following the blockbuster success of Australian MAFS in the UK.
The programme sees sixteen singletons matched up with their partners for life by love gurus Melanie Schilling, Charlene Douglas, and Paul, meeting for the first time at the alter.
